Refund policy

  1. We do not offer exchanges for mattresses once they have been delivered and used. However, we offer full support during the initial consultation to ensure that your mattress meets your specifications and needs before the final order.
  2. Due to the customized nature of our bespoke mattresses, we do not accept returns once the order is placed and confirmed. This ensures that we deliver a personalized, made-to-order product just for you.
  3. If your mattress is defective upon delivery or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if it qualifies under our warranty terms, we will repair the mattress and re-deliver it to you.
  • Important: Any faulty product intimation must be made within the first 24 hours of receiving the mattress via our Warranty Claim Page. Any intimation after the first 24 hours will be considered as a warranty claim.
  • The decision as to whether the mattress will be repaired or replaced is at our discretion and will be final.
