Warranty Coverage
At SleepTailor, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality craftsmanship and exceptional comfort. Our mattresses come with a comprehensive warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or faults under normal usage.
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Sagging or indentations greater than 3 inch (under normal usage)
- Any other manufacturing defects that arise during the warranty period
Warranty Period
Your SleepTailor mattress comes with upto 12 years of warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty period covers manufacturing defects and issues arising under normal use, ensuring that you can sleep soundly for years to come.
- The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt.
- Your mattress must be used on a proper foundation or bed frame for the warranty to remain valid.
What’s Not Covered
While we take great care in ensuring the highest quality of our mattresses, some factors are beyond the scope of our warranty. Please note that the following are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear over time (e.g., minor fabric wear, slight indentations due to regular use etc).
- Damage caused by improper care (e.g., stains, burns, spills, uneven surface etc).
- Misuse of the mattress (e.g., using the mattress for purposes other than sleeping, or placing it on an improper bed frame or foundation).
- Changes in firmness or comfort preference.
- Damage resulting from an accident or external forces (e.g., damage caused by pets, extreme weather conditions).
- Mattresses with tags removed.
- Damage caused because of not following care and instructions manual.
- Damage caused because of heat exposure to the mattress. Avoid exposing mattress to sunlight, heating appliances, ironing press, or other heating appliances.
This warranty is intended to cover any inherent manufacturing defects, not damage resulting from misuse or lack of proper care.
Exclusions & Limitations
While we aim to offer comprehensive coverage, there are certain limitations and exclusions to our warranty:
- Transferability: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by the improper use of the mattress, including but not limited to excessive weight or incorrect foundation use, is not covered.
- Personal Preference: The warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with the mattress firmness or comfort level, as these are subjective preferences.
- Third-Party Products: Any damage resulting from the use of third-party products, such as mattress protectors or sheets, that may affect the mattress is excluded from the warranty.
- Commercial Use: This warranty does not cover mattresses used in commercial settings, including hotels, guesthouses, or rental properties.
Please read and understand these exclusions carefully to ensure that your mattress remains eligible for warranty coverage.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges for mattresses once they have been delivered and used. However, we offer full support during the initial consultation to ensure that your mattress meets your specifications and needs before the final order.
- Due to the customized nature of our bespoke mattresses, we do not accept returns once the order is placed and confirmed. This ensures that we deliver a personalized, made-to-order product just for you.
- If your mattress is defective upon delivery or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if it qualifies under our warranty terms, we will repair the mattress and re-deliver it to you.
- Important: Any faulty product intimation must be made within the first 24 hours of receiving the mattress via our Warranty Claim Page. Any intimation after the first 24 hours will be considered as a warranty claim.
- The decision as to whether the mattress will be repaired or replaced is at our discretion and will be final.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
At SleepTailor, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality, custom-designed mattresses tailored specifically to your needs. To ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, please take a moment to review our warranty and order policy.
- Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy: Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the mattress design and production process begins immediately. As our mattresses are bespoke and tailored to your specific preferences, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please ensure that all details, including your mattress specifications and payment information, are accurate before confirming your order.
- Size Policy: As our mattresses are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct size dimensions at the time of the order. Please double-check the dimensions of your bed frame or space to ensure the mattress fits perfectly. If you need assistance determining the right size, our team is happy to guide you during the consultation process.
Warranty Conditions
At SleepTailor, we are dedicated to providing you with a premium sleep experience. Our warranty is designed to ensure that any manufacturing defects or issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Please review the following conditions for our warranty coverage:
- Warranty Means Repair Only
The warranty provided by SleepTailor includes repair services only. In no case will we be liable for full replacement of the mattress. Our warranty covers the repair of defects by opening the mattress and replacing materials that cannot be repaired. The decision to repair or replace materials will be made based on expert evaluation.
- Number of Claims
- Mattresses with an 8-year or less warranty period: Limited to 1 claim per mattress.
- Mattresses with a 10-year or more warranty period: Limited to 2 claims per mattress.
Please note that each mattress is eligible for the number of claims based on the warranty period.
- Pick-up and Drop-off for Repair
For the first claim only, SleepTailor will bear the cost of picking up the mattress and delivering it back after repair. Any subsequent claims or services will require additional transportation charges at the customer’s expense.
- Proof of Purchase
No warranty claim will be accepted without the presentation of the original bill that includes the signature of the purchaser. Only the original physical bill with the purchaser’s signature is valid as proof of purchase. Without this, SleepTailor will not be liable for any claims or repairs.
- No Monetary Compensation or Full Replacement
Our warranty does not include monetary compensation or the full replacement of the mattress. In the event of a valid warranty claim, SleepTailor is only liable for 50% of the mattress value as the maximum compensation.
- Claim Submission Process
All claims must be submitted via our official website. To ensure a seamless process, please provide all necessary details as requested during the claim submission. Incomplete claims or missing information may delay processing.
- Warranty Claim Assessment & Final Decision We assess the claim and mattress to determine if it qualifies for a warranty repair. After this evaluation, the decision will be communicated to the customer. The decision made by SleepTailor’s warranty experts is final and binding.
Policy for Damaged or Defective Mattresses Upon Delivery
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your SleepTailor mattress is defective upon delivery or arrives damaged:
- Immediate Contact Required: Please contact us immediately via our Warranty Claim Page within the first 24 hours of receiving the mattress.
- Assessment & Resolution: We will promptly assess the reported issue. If the damage or defect qualifies under our comprehensive warranty terms (covering manufacturing defects or faults under normal usage), we will arrange for the repair of the mattress.
- Repair & Re-delivery: If repair is feasible and qualifies under warranty, we will re-deliver the repaired mattress to you.
- Decision is Final: The decision as to whether the mattress will be repaired, or affected materials replaced, is at our sole discretion and will be final.
Important Note: Any intimation of damage or defect made after the first 24 hours of receiving the mattress will be considered a standard warranty claim, subject to the full terms and conditions of our warranty policy (including potential transportation charges for subsequent claims, and limits on claims per mattress).
Refund Policy (No Monetary Refunds for General Returns)
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products and our repair-focused warranty policy:
- Our warranty provides for repair services only for manufacturing defects. In no case will we be liable for a full replacement of the mattress.
- Our policy does not include monetary compensation or the full replacement of the mattress for general returns or changes in preference.
- In the event of a valid warranty claim where repair is not feasible as per our expert evaluation, SleepTailor's maximum liability for compensation will be limited to 50% of the mattress value.

- Assessment by Our Experts
After your claim is submitted, our expert team at SleepTailor will evaluate the issue and assess whether it qualifies under our warranty terms. This process typically takes [insert time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days].
- Claim Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Based on our assessment, we will arrange for the repair of your mattress. Please note, in cases where materials cannot be repaired, we may proceed with replacing only the affected materials, as per our warranty terms.
- Pick-up and Delivery for Repair
If this is your first claim, we will arrange to pick up your mattress and deliver it back to you after the repair, at no cost to you.
- Final Decision
The decision made by SleepTailor's experts will be final. We strive to resolve your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Initial Order Delivery (Delhi NCR)
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping and delivery for all new mattress orders within the following regions:
- Delhi NCR (including Delhi)
- Noida
- Greater Noida
- Gurugram
- Faridabad
- Ghaziabad
- And all major cities in the vicinity of Delhi.
Our Premium Delivery Service Includes:
- Free Same-Day Delivery: For orders confirmed by [mention cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM] on business days, we strive for same-day delivery and installation within Delhi NCR, subject to availability. Our team will contact you to confirm the earliest possible delivery slot.
- White Glove Delivery & Installation: Our professional delivery team will not only deliver your mattress but will also carry it to your room of choice, unbox it, and set it up on your bed frame.
- Free Old Mattress Removal: As part of our commitment to convenience, we will also remove your old mattress at no additional charge. Please ensure your old mattress is ready for removal upon our arrival.
What to Expect on Delivery Day:
- Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm their estimated arrival time.
- Please ensure clear access to your bedroom for a smooth delivery and installation process.
- Once installed, our team will ensure everything is to your satisfaction before they depart.
2. Shipping for Warranty Claims
Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to our warranty service. Shipping costs related to warranty claims are handled as follows:
- First Valid Warranty Claim:
For the first valid warranty claim on your SleepTailor mattress (where a manufacturing defect or covered issue requires repair as per our warranty terms), SleepTailor will bear the full cost of picking up your mattress for repair and delivering it back to you once the repair is complete. This service is provided at no charge to the customer for the first instance. - Subsequent Valid Warranty Claims:
Should your mattress qualify for a second valid warranty claim (applicable only for mattresses with a 10-year or more warranty period), a nominal shipping charge will be applicable and borne by the customer for the pick-up and re-delivery of the mattress for repair. Our team will inform you of the exact charges beforehand.
How to Arrange Warranty Shipping:
- All warranty claims, including arrangements for pick-up and re-delivery, must be initiated through our official Warranty Claim Page. Our team will guide you through the process and schedule the logistics once your claim is approved.

- All delivery and pick-up services are subject to standard operating hours and routes.
- Please ensure the delivery path is clear of obstacles for our delivery team.
